Banzela is a fine, airy serif from Propertype. Strokes are thin, serifs are small and sharp, and the italic flows almost like handwriting. The mockups put it on magazine spreads with names like Arabella Montana and Agatha Neuma, which is exactly the editorial world it was drawn for.
The free set covers the Regular and Italic. Propertype also sells a much larger family. Try mixing the two styles in one headline, the first word upright and the second in italic, as the specimen does.
