Rintik is a high contrast serif by Shakira Studio, with round ball terminals and a little sparkle mark that sits in place of the dot on the i in the specimen. The regular letters are calm and readable. The alternates are not: there are curled versions of almost every capital and a long row of ligatures such as fi, ky and tt.
The family includes Regular and Italic, and the multilingual sheet shows a good spread of accented capitals. Use the plain letters for most of a word and add one or two swashes where you want some movement.

Font pairings
Rintik pairs well with light sans fonts. Raleway in Light or Regular has a similar delicacy. Nunito Sans is easy for body text. For a serif partner in paragraphs, Crimson Pro stays readable at small sizes.
