Soge is written fast with a nearly dry brush. Strokes break up into bristle marks, letters lean forward and bounce off the baseline, and you can almost see where the brush lifted. The specimen fills a black page with short lines like Walk Bold, Trust Faith and Break Limits, which is exactly the kind of text it suits.
It is designed by Ferry Ardana Putra and sold through Faptype and Ardana Creative, with upper and lowercase, numbers, punctuation, multilingual support and 12 dry-brush swashes for underlining a word. The free file here includes OTF, TTF and WOFF.

Font pairings
Soge is raw, so pair it with something tidy. Bebas Neue works for a bold caps line underneath. Montserrat suits small text. For a cleaner script contrast, Kaushan Script is a calmer brush face.
