Unlike many display serifs, Rumelaz Gekinsa is built to read well in paragraphs too. The Regular has moderate contrast, sturdy serifs and open shapes; the Italic, shown in “Gekinsa” on the cover, is lively and slightly calligraphic, with a curling k and a flowing a. Both are set in bright blue on white in the specimen.
Graphicxell’s business card mock-up uses the italic for the name “Peter Sainsz” and the regular for small text, which is a good example of how the two styles work as a pair. The family ships in TTF, OTF and WOFF.
