Cheqa Font

Cheqa is a luxury display serif with sharp hairlines and letters that lock together. On the cover the H sits inside the C, and a long swash sweeps under the E, Q and A. The tagline promises “over 104+ stunning ligatures”, and the designers say the style draws on 18th century lettering.

The character sheet shows two sets of capitals, the second with more unusual shapes like a looped A and a split M, plus numerals and punctuation. You can mix the two sets to build distinctive logos. It was made by Pradipta Creative and Lettertype Studio. The free download is one OTF file.
