Aihuner Font

Aihuner was designed by Nadia Auliana for Propertype in 2025. It is a single Regular style with strong contrast and smooth, pointed serifs. What makes it memorable are the lowercase curls: the h and n end in little hooks, and the r has a looping tail, so even a short word looks drawn rather than typed.

It also holds up in a paragraph, as the “Liberty work” sample shows, though it really shines at headline size. The capitals are tall and narrow, with wide letters like M and O for contrast. Propertype lists around 320 glyphs, including accented characters.

Font pairings

Pair Aihuner with a calm sans. Inter is very neutral for websites. Questrial has a round, light look that echoes its curves. For a second serif in long text, Lora is soft and easy to read.
