Despite its name, Scrawl is not messy at all. It is a tidy, all caps serif with strong thick and thin contrast and fine, sharp serifs. The specimen credits Almeera Studio. The Sidney travel poster, with the opera house below a big white headline, is a good example of how it works.
The font has about 110 glyphs, covering capitals, numbers and punctuation. It looks best with a little extra letter spacing, which makes a single word feel open and confident.
