Qallies looks like a signature written quickly with a fine pen. Brandsemut kept the strokes thin and the letters tall and loose, with long cross strokes and loops. The Crafted By Ameliya tote bag in the specimen is a good example of how light and personal it feels.
The full font includes ligatures and alternates (al, on, ss, tt, am and more), plus multilingual support in OTF, TTF and WOFF. Give it plenty of space, since thin strokes disappear if the text is too small.
