Mamylinus is a formal, pointed-pen style of calligraphy. Denu Studios gave it hairline upstrokes, fuller downstrokes and big looping capitals, and the M on the cover swings out into a long entry stroke before the word even starts. The lowercase is neat and evenly slanted, so the capitals do most of the showing off.
One preview puts it on a candle label for a brand called “Hearthy”, and that is a good guide to its tone: warm, personal and quietly upmarket. The font has over 110 glyphs, including alternates and ligatures that help repeated letters look less mechanical.
