Chicaria has the look of a rubber stamp used too many times. The serifs are heavy, the edges are rough, and small specks break up the black. The specimen builds a Corner’s Market ticket with opening hours and prices, and the letters sit well in that kind of old shop layout.
Pandeka Studio drew capitals with small cap style lowercase, figures and symbols. Because both cases look alike, you can set whole lines without losing the vintage feel. The free download is one OTF file.
