Houston Strike is a ready-made baseball jersey. Ahweproject Studio paired a heavy, wide slab serif with a slanted, bouncy script, and added extrude versions for the dropped shadow you see on American varsity lettering. The cover stacks “HOUSTON” in light blue slabs above “Strike” in yellow script, both with dark outlines on maroon.
The second preview is a mock event poster, “New York Challenge”, with crossed bats and a baseball, and it shows how the two styles divide the work: the slab for names and the script for the bit that should feel lively. The character sheet covers upper and lowercase, numerals and a full set of punctuation in the script.
